Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return if:
You received a damaged or defective product.
You received the wrong item.
The product is missing parts or accessories.
To be eligible, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
The product must be:
Unused and unworn.
In its original packaging.
Returned with all tags, labels, and accessories intact.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned once delivered:
Opened or used makeup and cosmetic products.
Skincare products with broken seals.
Personal care items that have been used.
Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
Gift cards and promotional items.
Clearance or sale products (unless received damaged or incorrect).
Return Process
To request a return, please contact our customer support with:

Reason for Return
Photos or videos of the product (if damaged, defective, or incorrect)
Our team will review your request and provide further instructions.
Refunds
Once the returned product is received and inspected:
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the amount to reflect in your account.
Replacement
If your product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, subject to product availability.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
If a prepaid order is cancelled before dispatch, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to:
A damaged, defective, or incorrect product, Makeup Choice will bear the return shipping cost.
Any other approved reason, the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges.
